To ensure optimal substrate compatibility, it is imperative that the surface is solid, smooth, dry, and free from cracks and dust. For substrates presenting challenges such as unevenness, rough texture, dustiness, or non-absorbency, pre-treatment with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent is crucial to prevent substrate debonding, thereby safeguarding adhesion integrity.
Installation Instructions
For an impeccable wood flooring installation, the utilization of a B11 notched trowel specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive is strongly recommended. Ensure replacement of the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain optimal application efficiency. The open time is influenced by the adhesive quantity, prevailing climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive attains readiness for flooring installation when it begins to form strings, signaling its enhanced adhesive properties.
For SPC, WPC, and LVT wet bonding, a B1 notched trowel is recommended, ensuring consistent performance by replacing the notched bar every 100 square meters. Commence flooring installation once the adhesive exhibits string formation, guaranteeing effective adhesion and transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, roll the entire surface with precision, using a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring seamless, flat bonding without gaps. Repeat rolling after 20 minutes to fortify adhesion. Adherence to Lan Guan's technical instructions is essential for optimal results.
