Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand-shedding, this product is not recommended. Engage in shot blasting and thorough vacuuming to prepare the substrate before application.
>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for optimal adhesion.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to the substrate's absorption capacity. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring total penetration across the surface.
>> For added reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied to bolster the substrate's resilience.
>> Upon curing, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, setting the stage for exceptional flooring installations.
