K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer
1. Diligently remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface for optimal results.
2. Grind the uneven surface to eradicate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to eliminate all loose materials and dust for a pristine foundation.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and devoid of any puddles, maintaining an ideal surface condition.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is advisable to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to ensure superior compatibility and performance.
Water to mortar ratio: Precisely mix at a ratio of 26% to ensure the optimal consistency and performance of the compound.
1. After comprehensively cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once absorbed and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling, ensuring a seamless application.
2. Pour roughly 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Blend with a mixer until uniformly smooth and lump-free. Swiftly pour out the mixed material, spreading it evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to traverse the surface, expelling any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding it from direct sunlight and humid surroundings. When sealed, it boasts a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-lasting usability.
During transportation, avoid collisions and compression to maintain the integrity of the packaging and prevent any potential damage.
