PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the floor, removing dust and debris with a mop. For uneven surfaces, utilize self-leveling material to achieve a smooth, impeccable finish.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Use a scraper or brush to apply the adhesive uniformly. Allow 15-20 minutes for it to transition from white to transparent before proceeding with carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet meticulously flat and smooth. Apply pressure, then use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to secure it firmly.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the carpet adhesive to develop bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or placing any weight on the carpet for at least 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation. This method promises enduring strength and integrity in your flooring solution.
