Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive is the ultimate choice for flooring solutions that require exceptional elasticity and outstanding curing properties, specifically designed for use with wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT. This extraordinary adhesive offers unparalleled versatility, functioning effectively as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its innovative formulation also supports limited use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive for non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring. Experience the flawless and dependable application your projects deserve.
Transform your flooring installations with the unmatched performance of LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. Commence installation a convenient 20-50 minutes after application, enjoying its enduring adhesion and impressive peel and shear strength, alongside rapid and high curing strength. It's essential that your substrate is robust, smooth, dry, free of cracks, and dust-free. For challenging surfaces that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent, elevate the surface integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience unparalleled stability and performance.
Installation Instructions
Achieve a perfect wood flooring installation by using a B11 notched trowel, expertly crafted for wood flooring adhesive applications. Be sure to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. The open time varies depending on the adhesive amount, weather conditions, and the substrate absorption rate. The adhesive becomes ready for action once it starts forming strings, indicating its readiness for application.
For wet bonding SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, it is recommended to use a B1 notched trowel, ensuring the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters. Begin the installation process once the adhesive starts forming strings, which guarantees optimal transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board for pressing edges and corners to ensure a consistent, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll 20 minutes later. For detailed guidelines, strictly adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions to maintain the integrity of your flooring.
