For optimal results, ensure the substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and devoid of dust. In scenarios involving uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent substrates, it's crucial to pre-treat the surface with either LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent. This pre-treatment is essential to prevent any potential substrate debonding, guaranteeing a flawless and secure bond.
Installation Instructions
For a flawless wood flooring installation, it is highly recommended to employ a B11 notched trowel, specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive applications. To maintain optimal performance, replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. The open time should be determined by considering the adhesive quantity applied, prevailing climate conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive reaches its readiness when it begins to form strings, signaling the ideal moment to proceed with installation.
For the successful wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring, utilize a B1 notched trowel, ensuring the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters to maintain efficiency. Installation should commence when the adhesive starts forming strings, guaranteeing effective adhesion to both the floor and the flooring's underside. During installation, carefully roll the entire surface with a roller and use a cork board to firmly press edges and corners. This ensures the surface is uniformly pressed, eliminating dead spots and allowing the flooring to achieve a complete bond with the adhesive.
