Our premium product is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. It is also perfect for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or highly absorbent substrates such as concrete. This incredible formula seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous substrates.

This innovative solution prevents moisture from being absorbed by the substrate in the leveling layer, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating common issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains & any chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or displays extensive sand shedding, reinforcement with this product is not suitable, and shot blasting is recommended. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or according to the substrate's absorption rate, then apply one coat with a roller brush. Ensure complete penetration..

>> For enhanced reinforcement effects, multiple coats may be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
