Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. Should the surface be loose or exhibit extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is advised. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Mix the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting for substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring full penetration is achieved.

>> For peak reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as deemed necessary.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for a flawless finish.
