Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the surface is loose or exhibits widespread sand shedding, this product is not appropriate for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate and conduct thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as required.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly finished with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
