Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is flawlessly smooth, & dry, and completely free of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily sand-shedding, this product is unsuitable. Shot blasting is necessary. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before application for optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for best results.
