Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface. Begin by sweeping away dust and debris using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply a self-leveling compound to achieve a flawless, pristine surface.

Step 2
Adhesive Application. Employ a scraper brush to spread the adhesive evenly over the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to clear before proceeding with carpet installation.

Step 3
Carpet Installation. Lay the carpet flat and ensure it is smooth, applying pressure. Utilize a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to roll seamlessly.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
Adhesive strengthens in 3 hours; avoid foot traffic for 12 hours. This approach ensures the carpet can withstand pressure without bubbling or warping.
