TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Clean the dust and debris from the floor with a mop. If the floor is not level, use self-leveling material to ensure a smooth and clean surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Use a scraper or brush to evenly spread the adhesive on the floor. Wait for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive changes from white to transparent, then begin laying the carpet.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet or a pressure roller to secure.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the adhesive to gain bonding strength over 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method ensures the carpet can handle weight without bubbling or deformation.
