Installation Instructions
When installing wood flooring, it is advisable to employ the B11 notched trowel designed specifically for wood flooring adhesive applications. A notched bar replacement every 100 square meters is ideal to maintain efficiency. Consider the adhesive's open time, which is influenced by factors such as adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive reaches its optimum readiness once it starts stringing, signaling the perfect moment for installation.
The LG9000 adhesive is also an excellent choice for wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring. A B1 notched trowel is recommended, with notched bar replacement every 100 square meters. Begin placing the flooring as soon as the adhesive strings, ensuring it robustly adheres to the floor and effectively transfers to the flooring's underside. During installation, roll the entire surface with a roller, using a cork board for pressing edges and corners, guaranteeing a flat, seamless bond without any gaps.
