TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
PREPARE THE BASE SURFACEUse a mop to remove dust and debris from the floor. If uneven, apply self-leveling materials to create a flawless, clean foundation.

STEP 2.
APPLY THE ADHESIVEUtilize a scraper or brush to evenly distribute the adhesive. Allow 15-20 minutes for it to shift from white to clear before commencing carpet installation.

STEP 3.
INSTALL THE CARPETPosition the carpet smoothly, apply pressure, and employ a rubber mallet or pressure roller for optimal adhesion.

STEP 4
ALLOW ADHESIVE TO CURE
In 3 hours, adhesive attains bonding strength. Avoid foot traffic or activity for 12 hours to avoid bubbling or deformation. Simplified procedure.
