Product introduction
Our Super Wear-resistant Floor Sealing Hardener penetrates deeply into concrete, reaching depths of 5mm to 8mm. It reacts with free calcium and magnesium ions within the concrete to form a dense crystalline structure. This transformative process results in a concrete floor that is significantly harder, more durable, and visually appealing.
The lithium-based hardener is expertly crafted for emery floors, also known as wear-resistant floors, offering a tailored solution specifically for their unique requirements.
Over time, emery floors may develop dust and dirt issues due to their porous nature. Recognizing that the structural composition, pH level, and trace element content of emery floors differ from other cement-based floors, our emery floor hardener is meticulously formulated to address these nuances. It ensures all active components within the emery floor participate in the reaction, delivering a uniformly reacted and enhanced surface.
Application scope
Industrial floors; Workshop floors; Supermarket floors; Concrete parking lots; Concrete highways; Airport runways; Concrete bridges; Concrete docks; Concrete walls; Sports centers; Any location with a concrete or cement mortar base; Reinforcement of new and old concrete bases; Reinforcement of new and old terrazzo bases; Reinforcement of new and old hardened wear-resistant floors.

Advantages of Concrete Sealing Hardener Floors
- High Strength: Achieves a Mohs hardness of 8, increasing surface strength by approximately 200%.
- Wear Resistance: Solidifies various concrete components into a dense mass, improving wear resistance by about six times.
- Dust Prevention: Chemical reactions with silicates create a dense structure, preventing surface dust accumulation.
- Compression Resistance: Treated samples show a 40% increase in compressive strength, with flexural strength more than doubling.
- Water Resistance: Penetrates concrete effectively, locking pores and preventing water, oil, and other contaminant ingress.
- Aging Resistance: Prevents damage from chloride ions and UV exposure; concrete remains unaffected by electromagnetic fields or mist.
- Corrosion Resistance: Significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of the treated concrete surface.
- Bonding Strength: Increases bonding strength with epoxy resin by 21.9%, maintaining strong bonding with coatings.
- Glossiness: Treated concrete floors exhibit a marble-like sheen, with gloss improving over time.
