Substrate Treatment
The substrate surface must be perfectly smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or has extensive sand shedding, this product isn't suitable for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application for optimal results.
>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for treatment.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration for maximum effect.
