K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a premium water-hardening inorganic composite material crafted from top-tier raw materials. With a meticulously fine ratio, it boasts outstanding fluidity, allowing for rapid and precise indoor floor leveling. Its versatility ensures it is the go-to solution for preparing floors before the installation of various materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tile materials, and wooden floors.
The K50 self-leveling compound stands out for its exceptional strength, minimal shrinkage, and superb adhesion. It delivers a perfectly smooth and sturdy foundation ideal for floor paving. It is perfect for a wide range of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Exhibiting impressive fluidity, it effortlessly levels the ground with precision
2. Enhances the foundation's density, hardness, and uniformity, ensuring a robust base
3. Minimizes porosity while ensuring consistent absorption across the surface
4. Its rapid drying and early setting capabilities mean decorative flooring materials can be ground and laid within 1-2 days
5. Its low shrinkage quality effectively prevents cracking during ground treatment

K50 can be applied with a thickness range from 2mm to 5mm in a single application.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind down uneven surfaces to remove any loose concrete or debris, then vacuum to ensure all materials and dust are cleared.
3. Ensure the base is dry and completely free of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, employ LG670 non-absorbent interface agent.
Water to mortar ratio: 26%
1. Once the base layer is thoroughly cleaned, select the appropriate primer. Allow the primer to be absorbed and nearly dry (about 2-6 hours post-application) before commencing pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Spread the mixed material evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to regulate thickness. Protect the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds; complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, use a defoaming roller over the surface to expel any trapped air. For convenience, a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life is 6 months when sealed.
During transportation, ensure the compound is handled with care to avoid collisions and compression, preventing package damage.
