Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive stands as the ultimate solution for flooring professionals who seek exceptional elasticity and unmatched curing properties. Specifically engineered for materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this extraordinary adhesive excels as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its innovative composition also permits selective use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring surfaces. Experience an effortless and reliable application process that ensures your flooring projects exceed expectations.
Transform your flooring installations with the LG9000 adhesive on non-absorbent substrates. Begin the installation process a convenient 20-50 minutes post-application, taking advantage of its long-lasting adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, quick curing, and high curing strength. Ensure that your substrate is solid, smooth, dry, free of cracks, and devoid of dust. For challenging surfaces that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent, enhance surface integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience unparalleled stability and performance in every project.
Installation Instructions
Achieve a flawless wood flooring installation with ease by using a B11 notched trowel, specifically crafted for wood flooring adhesive applications. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain consistency. The open time varies depending on the adhesive amount, environmental conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive is ready for use when it starts forming strings, indicating its optimal readiness for application.
For wet bonding applications involving SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the use of a B1 notched trowel is recommended. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. Commence installation once the adhesive begins to form strings, ensuring optimal transfer to the back of the flooring. During installation, perform a meticulous roll over the entire surface with a roller and employ a cork board for pressing edges and corners, securing a uniform, gap-free bond. Follow up with an additional roll 20 minutes later. For comprehensive, step-by-step guidelines, adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions to secure the lasting integrity of your flooring projects.
