Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installations using a B11 notched trowel, crafted specifically for wood flooring adhesive. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain precision. The open time is determined by the amount of adhesive applied, ambient climatic conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready for use once it begins to form strings, indicating its preparedness for a perfect application.
For wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring, a B1 notched trowel is recommended. Ensure that the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters for consistent application. Begin installation when the adhesive forms strings, ensuring excellent transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller, and press edges and corners with a cork board for a uniform, gap-free bond. Follow with a second roll 20 minutes later.
