Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installations by utilizing a B11 notched trowel, expertly crafted for wood flooring adhesive applications. Replace the notched bar diligently every 100 square meters to maintain optimal performance. The open time is influenced by the adhesive volume, climate conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive is primed and ready for action once it initiates string formation, indicating its readiness for seamless application.
For executing flawless wet bonding on SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the application of a B1 notched trowel is highly recommended. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to ensure precision. Commence installation when the adhesive starts to form strings, ensuring perfect transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller and use a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring a uniform, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll 20 minutes later. For in-depth guidance, adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions to guarantee the structural integrity of your flooring.
