Substrate Treatment

Achieve optimal results with a substrate surface that is meticulously smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, and free from oil stains & any chemical additives like release agents. In cases of loose surface or significant sand shedding, this product should not be used for reinforcement; instead, shot blasting is necessary. Prepare the substrate by sanding and thoroughly vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

>> Begin by eliminating any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adapting to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply with a roller brush for complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats as necessary.

>> Once the curing process is complete, the substrate is ready to be directly coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a seamless application and finish.
