THICKNESS

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Start with precision by thoroughly eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface. This essential step ensures a pristine and immaculate foundation, paving the way for the seamless application of our Premium Self-Leveling Mortar, known for its robust flexural strength of 45 MPa, specifically engineered for professional-grade results.

2. Engage sanding techniques to meticulously smooth out uneven areas, effectively removing loose concrete and impurities. This indispensable step crafts an immaculate surface, setting the stage for a perfectly flawless finish that meets the highest standards.

3. Should any leaks be present, promptly address them by applying a dependable leak-stopper to securely seal these breaches. This ensures the ground is dry and devoid of moisture. Important Note: For summer outdoor projects, it is advisable to lightly moisten the ground initially and allow it to dry thoroughly before proceeding. This enhances the overall quality and longevity of the finished work.

4. For substrates characterized by high absorbency, we advocate the use of the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to achieve stellar treatment results and ensure optimal surface readiness.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to Mortar Ratio: Expertly engineered with a meticulous calibration of precisely 22%, this ratio ensures unrivaled consistency and outstanding performance. APPLICATION

1. Initiate the process by meticulously purifying the repair area. It's essential to ensure the flooring is flawlessly free from dust, debris, and any oil stains. This step guarantees an immaculate working surface, setting the stage for the subsequent phases of construction excellence.

2. Move forward by applying a consistent layer of primer across the prepared base surface. Depending on the specific surface requirements, apply 1 to 2 coats, allowing the primer to dry thoroughly. This patience sets a robust foundation, ensuring the mortar adheres perfectly.

3. Adhere to the recommended ratio by initially pouring 5 liters of water. Gradually incorporate the 25kg of repair mortar. Employ a mixer to blend these components thoroughly, creating a smooth and consistent mixture that is primed and ready for application.

4. Delicately pour the expertly blended material into the designated repair area. Utilize a trowel to evenly spread the mixture, securing a seamless finish. Subsequently, employ a roller to eradicate any air bubbles, guaranteeing a flawless, bubble-free surface for optimal results.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Maintain an ideal construction environment with temperatures between 5ºC and 30ºC to ensure optimal performance of our Self-Leveling Mortar with Exceptional Flexural Strength of 5 MPa. When working outdoors, protect the procedure from direct sunlight, and pause activities during rainy weather to safeguard the product's quality and integrity.

2. To achieve unparalleled results, strictly follow the water-to-product ratio specified in the product manual. Precision is key! An incorrect water ratio could adversely affect the mortar's efficacy and performance, making accurate measurements an absolute necessity.

3. After mixing, promptly apply the self-leveling material within a 20-minute timeframe. This expedience is imperative to avert premature solidification, ensuring the material remains flexible, workable, and highly effective.

4. Prioritize safety during application to avoid accidental contact with eyes or skin. Safeguarding personal health is paramount, so exercise all necessary precautions during handling.

5. It's critical to protect the surface during the vital curing phase. Shield it from heavy impacts and water exposure to guarantee a flawless, durable finish that stands the test of time.


TRANSPORTATION

Store the product in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, far from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain its pristine condition. During transportation, handle packages with the utmost care to avoid collisions and compression, preserving both the packaging and the high-quality product within.
