Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the surface is loose or exhibits large areas of sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement. In such instances, shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate and perform a thorough vacuuming before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal adhesive performance.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption needs. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete and thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, achieving a flawless finish.
