SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine base for application.
2. Sand the ground thoroughly to eliminate any unevenness, remove loose concrete, and clear away impurities, paving the way for a flawless finish.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and completely free of puddles to provide an ideal foundation for our premium self-leveling mortar.
4. For substrates that absorb moisture, we highly recommend applying the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve optimal results and seamless adhesion.

For an impeccable blend, the water to mortar ratio is precisely 1:5, ensuring a seamless application and finish every single time.
APPLICATION
1. First, thoroughly clean the base layer to ensure it is pristine and ready for application. Choose the right primer for optimal results. Once the primer is fully absorbed and begins to dry-approximately 2-6 hours post-application-initiate your preparation for the self-leveling process.
2. Begin by pouring around 5 liters of clean water into a mixing container. Gradually add the contents of a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend it into a smooth, lump-free consistency. Pour the freshly mixed material and spread it evenly, employing a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the desired thickness. It's crucial to protect the newly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure the best quality finish.
3. Before the self-leveling compound starts setting, gently roll over the surface with a defoaming roller to release any trapped air bubbles. Note: For transporting the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain a controlled environment with temperatures between 5°C and 30°C for optimal results. Ensure the relative humidity remains at a suitable level to prevent any adverse effects on the application.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio as outlined in the product manual. Adding too much or too little water could compromise the performance and integrity of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material promptly within 20 minutes to avert solidification and preserve its usability for a flawless finish.
4. Prioritize safety during the application process. Take precautions to prevent the material from splashing into eyes or onto skin, ensuring a smooth and accident-free operation.
5. During the curing phase, ensure the surface remains undisturbed by heavy impacts or water exposure to guarantee a durable and pristine finish.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transit, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, preventing any damage to the packaging.
