Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface should be flawlessly smooth, & completely dry, and devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. For loose surfaces or extensive sand shedding, this product is not advisable for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is essential. Consistently sand the substrate and perform a thorough vacuum before application for pristine results.

Application Method

 

>> Ensure the removal of all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, guaranteeing complete penetration and optimal coverage.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed to achieve desired strength and resilience.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, offering a seamless and high-quality finish.
