Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of any cracks or oil stains, & absent of chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or undergoing significant sand-shedding, this product is not recommended. Shot blasting and comprehensive vacuuming are essential before application.

Application Method

 

>> Initiate by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface meticulously.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as needed based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider the application of multiple coats.

>> Once the substrate is cured, it can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
