Introducing a superior adhesive formulated to enhance and stabilize cement mortar wall surfaces prone to mild sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. Perfectly suited for applications on putty powder, paint, and cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates like concrete. This adhesive expertly seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly reducing absorption rates of porous materials.

In doing so, it prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being drawn into the substrate, thus enhancing the bonding strength and integrity of the leveling layer. This ensures a strong adhesive bond between the leveling layer and its foundation, effectively resolving common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting is required. Sand thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio between 1:1 and 1:2, based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, additional coats may be applied.

>> Once adequately cured, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
