Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & free from chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, necessitating shot blasting. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before proceeding with application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a pristine base.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be layered as needed for optimal results.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
