This superior adhesive is perfectly engineered for application on surfaces such as putty powder, paint, cement mortar, and highly absorbent substrates like concrete. Boasting cutting-edge technology, this adhesive efficiently seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, dramatically lowering the absorption rate of porous materials.

By preventing moisture from the leveling layer from seeping into the substrate, it effectively amplifies the bonding strength, ensuring a steadfast adherence between the leveling layer and the foundation, and obliterates common issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. For substrates that are loose or exhibit heavy sand-shedding properties, this product is unsuitable. Ensure shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Meticulously remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to the substrate's absorption capacity. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
