SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This thorough cleaning ensures optimal bonding and long-lasting performance.
2. Gently sand the uneven ground to meticulously remove any loose concrete and embedded impurities, creating a smooth and flawless foundation for subsequent applications.
3. Ensure that the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as moisture can compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution.
4. For those substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend employing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to achieve superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the use of our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to ensure exceptional adhesion and durability.

APPLICATION
1. Start by thoroughly cleansing the base layer to achieve exceptional adhesion. Choose the appropriate primer that will naturally absorb into the base layer and dry within a timeframe of 2 to 6 hours. At this stage, begin preparations to apply the Premium Self-Leveling Cement to ensure a flawless finish.
2. Pour approximately 5 liters of pure water into a sturdy container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our high-performance self-leveling compound. Employ a mixer to achieve a consistently smooth, lump-free texture. Distribute the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Shield the freshly prepared material from direct sunlight and high winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound begins to set, gently use a defoaming roller over the surface to effectively release any trapped air, contributing to a flawless finish. Note: For a seamless application, use a pump with a delivery capacity of 20 to 40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure that the construction environment temperature remains within the range of 5°C to 30°C, while keeping the relative humidity low to guarantee optimal material performance.
2. Follow the water ratio as specified in the product manual meticulously. This precision is crucial to preserving the superior performance of our self-leveling compound, preventing issues caused by either excessive or insufficient water.
3. Use the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, ensuring a smooth and effective surface application.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent the material from coming into contact with skin or eyes, thus maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
5. During the vital curing period, safeguard the surface from impacts by heavy objects and avoid water exposure to maintain the integrity of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve product quality. During transportation, take care to avoid impacts and compression, ensuring the product's packaging remains undamaged and arrives in pristine condition.
