TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE. Thoroughly clean the dust and debris on the floor with a mop. If the floor isn't level, use self-leveling material to smooth it out, ensuring a pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION. Utilize a scraper brush to apply the adhesive evenly across the floor, wait 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent, then commence carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION. Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply uniform pressure, and gently tap with a rubber mallet or use a pressure roller to secure.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The adhesive achieves bonding strength in 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method ensures durability without bubbling or deformation. Simplified guidance.
