K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding and vacuuming to clear away loose concrete and dust, creating a pristine base.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from any standing water, to support effective layer application.
4. For absorbent substrates, utilize LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for superior treatment results.
Ensure precision by mixing with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%, achieving the perfect consistency for application.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, choose an appropriate primer. When the primer is absorbed and begins drying (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually mix in a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency. Pour the mixture evenly, employing a specialized notched trowel for thickness control. Protect the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring mixing and application are completed within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to setting, use a defoaming roller to remove trapped air. For efficient transportation of self-leveling slurry, use a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarded from direct sunlight and humidity. Properly sealed, it boasts a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring quality preservation.
During transportation, exercise caution to prevent collisions and compression, thereby maintaining the integrity of the packaging.
