Product Description
It boasts prominent advantages: high compressive & flexural strength, seamless dust-free surface, resistance to acids, alkalis, oil and solvents, customizable smooth or anti-slip colorful finishes, zero-VOC solvent-free eco formula, and great toughness against impact cracking. Complying with GB/T 22374-2018, its key indicators include compressive strength ≥85MPa, abrasion loss ≤0.015g and stable performance after long-term chemical immersion; antistatic/ESD functions are optional.
For construction, the base must be C25 concrete with moisture ≤8%. The workflow includes floor grinding, vacuum cleaning, priming, mixing A+B strictly by ratio, trowel spreading and spike roller defoaming. Light use is allowed after 24–48 hours, with full curing in 7 days. Construction temperature should stay 10–35°C with relative humidity below 80%. Mixed material must be finished within 25–35 minutes, and different batches should be separated to avoid color difference. Proper ventilation and protective gear are required during operation for safe construction.
