LANGUAN GT-H80 Ultra-Fine Precision Grouting Material is a high-strength, non-shrink cement-based grouting material designed for precision grouting applications.

Formulated with high-performance cement, ultra-fine aggregates, high-quality polymers, and non-shrink expansion agents, GT-H80 provides excellent fluidity, ultra-high penetration, stable volume, and reliable mechanical strength.

Its ultra-fine particle size enables the grout to penetrate narrow gaps and micro-cracks, making it suitable for equipment foundations, anchor bolts, bridge bearings, steel structures, tunnels, underground projects, and other demanding construction applications.

Simply add water and mix to obtain a smooth, flowable grout for efficient on-site construction.

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

APPLICATION METHOD

GT-H80 can be applied to:

Step 1 — Clean the Grouting Area
Remove dust, debris, oil, loose concrete, and other contaminants.

Step 2 — Prepare the Surface
Ensure the grouting area is structurally sound and properly prepared.

Step 3 — Add Water
Measure clean water according to the specified mixing ratio.

Step 4 — Mix
Add GT-H80 powder gradually while mechanically mixing until a uniform, lump-free grout is obtained.

Step 5 — Pour / Grout
Pour the mixed grout continuously into the prepared area from one side to help eliminate trapped air.

Step 6 — Finish & Cure
Level the surface where necessary and protect the freshly grouted area during the curing period.
