Substrate Treatment

For optimal results, the substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. In cases where the surface is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement. Instead, shot blasting is recommended. Always ensure the substrate is well-sanded and meticulously vacuumed before application to achieve the best results.

Application Method

 

>> Meticulously remove all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, depending on substrate absorption characteristics. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough and complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be judiciously applied as necessary to meet specific project needs.

>> Post-curing, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, offering a comprehensive solution for enduring surface applications.
