Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Thoroughly sweep the floor, removing all dust and debris with a mop. If the floor isn't level, apply a self-leveling compound to create a perfectly smooth and clean surface.

Step 2.
Adhesive Application: Evenly spread the adhesive across the floor using a scraper brush. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to a clear color, indicating readiness for carpet installation.

Step 3.
Carpet Installation: Lay down the carpet flatly and smoothly. Apply pressure, and utilize a rubber mallet or pressure roller to secure the carpet firmly.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The adhesive achieves optimal bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or placing weight on the carpet for at least 12 hours. This method ensures durability without any bubbling or deformation.
