K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure optimal adhesion by thoroughly removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. To achieve a pristine surface, grind any uneven areas, remove loose concrete, and vacuum away all loose materials and dust.
3. It is crucial to keep the substrate dry and free from puddling to ensure the best outcomes.
4. For absorbent surfaces, using the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended. Conversely, for non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advisable for optimal results.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Begin pre-work for self-leveling once the primer is absorbed and starts to dry, typically in 2-6 hours.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, mixing with a mechanical mixer until smooth and free of lumps. Evenly distribute the mixture using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed compound from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete both mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the compound setting, use a defoaming roller to remove entrapped air. For an efficient application, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute may be employed to transport the self-leveling slurry seamlessly.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain product integrity. Ensure the packaging is sealed for a shelf life of up to 6 months.
During transport, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression which may compromise packaging integrity.
