Substrate Treatment
To ensure optimal performance, the substrate surface must be smooth & dry, and free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application for best results.
>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface,ensuring a clean base.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, depending on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetrationfor optimal results.
>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as required,providing enhanced durability and strength.
>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready and can be directly applied with a variety of finishes including putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcementto achieve a perfect, long-lasting result.
