SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and aged coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine and optimal base.
2. Thoroughly sand the uneven ground to eliminate all loose concrete and impurities, creating an impeccable, smooth surface for further work.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and devoid of any puddles, establishing a solid foundation for the subsequent applications.
4. For absorbent substrates, we highly recommend the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surface substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior treatment results.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin with a meticulous cleaning of the base layer to ensure a pristine surface. Choose the ideal primer and apply it diligently. Allow the primer to be absorbed and begin to dry, a process which typically takes between 2-6 hours. Once dry, proceed with the application of the self-leveling construction to achieve a flawless finish.

2. Into a container, gracefully pour approximately 8 liters of pure, clear water. Gently introduce a 20-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, stirring with a mixer until a smooth and lump-free consistency is achieved. Evenly spread this meticulously mixed compound, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to control the application thickness with precision. Ensure that the material is shielded from harsh sunlight and strong winds to preserve its quality.

3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to smoothly glide over the surface, effectively eliminating any entrapped air bubbles. Note: For efficient transportation, a pump with a robust delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized to manage the flow of the self-leveling slurry with ease.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure the construction environment temperature is meticulously maintained between a precise 5°C and 30°C. It is crucial that the relative humidity remains within optimal levels, avoiding excessive moisture that could interfere with material performance.

2. Water must be added in strict adherence to the ratio outlined in the product manual. This precision is vital to maintaining the excellent performance characteristics of the self-leveling material. Deviations, with either excess or insufficient water, can adversely affect the material's integrity.
3. The mixed self-leveling material is designed for swift application and must be used within a 20-minute window. This ensures the material does not solidify prematurely, maintaining its usability and effectiveness.

4. Safety is of utmost importance during construction. Take precautions to prevent the material from coming into contact with the eyes or skin, as this could cause irritation or harm.

5. During the critical curing period, it is essential to protect the surface. Avoid any impact from heavy objects and ensure it is not exposed to water, which could compromise the curing process.

TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, which could lead to packaging damage, ensuring the product remains in pristine condition.
