Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & free of moisture, cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. This product is not recommended for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential before application.

Application Method

>> Thoroughly remove all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as needed based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for added strength.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement with ease and efficiency.
