Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Ensure the floor is free from dust and debris using a mop. For uneven surfaces, self-leveling materials can create a flawless finish, ready for adhesive.

Step 2
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Evenly spread the adhesive with a scraper brush. Allow 15-20 minutes for a color change from white to transparent before beginning carpet installation.

Step 3
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay carpet smoothly, applying pressure with a rubber mallet or pressure roller to ensure a secure fit.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The adhesive achieves bonding strength within 3 hours. Avoid traffic for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, resulting in a robust, seamless floor.
