Substrate Treatment

Ensure the surface of the substrate is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks and oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by eliminating any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface, ensuring a pristine base.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting to the substrate's absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, and ensure thorough penetration.

>> For heightened reinforcement, consider applying additional coats for maximum efficacy.

>> Once cured, the substrate is prepared to be directly treated with innovative solutions such as putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for a flawless finish.
