Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is flawlessly smooth, and dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, and chemical additives such as release agents. This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, necessitating shot blasting and thorough vacuuming beforehand.

Application Method

>> Ensure thorough removal of any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or tailor it to the substrate's absorption level. Apply a coat using a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, additional coats may be applied as necessary.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
