Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is meticulously smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks or oil stains, & chemicals like release agents. Unsuitable for loose or extensively sand-shedding surfaces without shot blasting. Sanding and vacuuming are essential before application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose material and oil stains from the surface of the floor effortlessly.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 per substrate absorption, applying one even coat with a roller brush to ensure thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as necessary.

>> Once cured, the substrate emerges ready and primed for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, seamlessly accommodating your construction needs.
