TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE. Thoroughly remove dust and debris with a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a smooth and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION. Use a scraper brush to evenly apply the adhesive on the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before laying the carpet.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION. Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply firm pressure, and utilize a rubber mallet or pressure roller for secure adhesion.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The adhesive gains bonding strength in 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method ensures the surface can endure weight without bubbling or deformation, offering a simplified installation.
