Perfectly suited for aerated concrete blocks, putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or any absorbent substrates like concrete. Skillfully seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, drastically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials for enhanced longevity.

This trailblazing solution prevents moisture absorption in the leveling layer by the substrate, thus greatly improving the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This assures a steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundational substrate, eradicating common problems such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & absolutely dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the surface is unstable or shows significant sand shedding, refrain from reinforcing with this product and opt for shot blasting. Sand the substrate meticulously and vacuum thoroughly prior to application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio varying from 1:1 to 1:2, based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For extraordinary reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as per requirements.

>> After complete curing, the substrate can be directly layered with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
