Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive is your ultimate choice for flooring projects that require not only outstanding elasticity but also exceptional curing characteristics. Specifically designed for materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this adhesive stands out as a versatile champion. It excels as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on meticulously pre-treated absorbent substrates. Moreover, its ingenious formulation permits its use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive even on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring. Embrace the flawless and dependable application your projects warrant.
Upgrade your flooring installations with LG9000, particularly on non-absorbent surfaces. Installation can commence a convenient 20-50 minutes after application, allowing you to capitalize on its lasting adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, swift curing, and robust curing strength. Ensure the substrate is strong, smooth, dry, crack-free, and devoid of dust. When tackling challenging surfaces - whether uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent - enhance the surface's integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience unparalleled stability and superior performance.
Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installations by using a B11 notched trowel, expertly crafted for wood flooring adhesives. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters for optimal efficacy. The open time is influenced by the adhesive quantity, climatic conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. Once the adhesive begins forming strings, it's perfectly primed for application, ensuring seamless execution of your flooring project.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, a B1 notched trowel is recommended for its precision. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain consistency. Begin installation as the adhesive starts forming strings, ensuring optimal transfer to the flooring's backside. During installation, thoroughly roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board to press edges and corners for a uniform, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll 20 minutes later. For detailed guidance, meticulously follow Lan Guan's technical instructions, guaranteeing the structural integrity of your flooring.
