The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a top-tier, water-hardening inorganic composite material, crafted from premium-quality raw materials and a meticulously fine-tuned ratio. This exceptional compound boasts remarkable fluidity, allowing it to seamlessly level indoor floors with ease and precision. Its versatility makes it the ideal choice for pre-leveling before the installation of a wide array of floor materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and wooden floors.
Renowned for its superior strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion properties, the K50 self-leveling compound delivers a flawlessly smooth and robust foundation for floor paving. It is perfectly suited for a multitude of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, ensuring exceptional results each time.
1. Endowed with excellent fluidity, it effortlessly self-levels the ground.
2. Enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation, providing a solid and durable base.
3. Significantly reduces porosity while promoting uniform absorption for a superior finish.
4. Fast-drying and early setting properties enable the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within 1-2 days.
5. The compound's low shrinkage characteristic effectively prevents cracking during ground treatment, ensuring long-lasting quality.

The K50 compound can be expertly applied in thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single application, catering to diverse project needs.
1. Ensure a pristine surface by removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to remove all loose materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from puddles, to ensure optimal application conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for ideal treatment preparation.
Ensure a water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for the perfect mix, enhancing the compound's performance and ease of application.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with preparation for self-leveling.
2. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound to approximately 6 liters of clean water in a container. Mix with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Spread the evenly mixed material using a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to the compound setting, utilize a defoaming roller to remove any entrapped air bubbles. Consider using a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry to the application site.
