Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & perfectly dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand-shedding, this product should not be used. Perform shot blasting as necessary. Meticulously sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.

Application Method

 

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, tailored to substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush to ensure complete and even penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be expertly applied for superior results.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is primed and ready for the seamless application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a robust and long-lasting finish.
