Introducing the LG9000 water-based adhesive, a versatile solution crafted for the sophisticated demands of floor decoration materials that require extraordinary elasticity and superior curing properties. Perfectly suited for wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this adhesive excels as a wet-bond, pressure-sensitive agent, especially on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Versatility is key, as it also performs remarkably as a gap-filling, pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring, albeit with certain limitations.
When applying the adhesive on non-absorbent substrates, you can confidently install the flooring within 20-50 minutes post-application. Revel in the adhesive's enduring adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and formidable curing strength. Ensure your substrate is impeccably solid, smooth, dry, devoid of cracks, and free of dust. For challenging substrates-those uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent-it's highly recommended to enhance the surface with the LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to bolster substrate bonding and prevent debonding.
Installation Instructions
For exemplary wood flooring installation, we advise using a B11 notched trowel crafted specifically for wood flooring adhesive applications. Ensure optimal performance by replacing the notched bar after every 100 square meters. The open time is contingent on several factors: the volume of adhesive applied, prevailing climate conditions, and the substrate absorption rate. Recognize the adhesive's readiness when it begins the crucial process of forming strings.
For the effective wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, a B1 notched trowel is your tool of choice. Maintain efficiency by replacing the notched bar every 100 square meters. Initiate flooring installation as the adhesive commences the stringing process, ensuring the adhesive's firm grip on the floor and its transfer to the flooring's backside. During installation, employ a roller to meticulously press the entire surface, and utilize a cork board to firmly press the edges and corners. This guarantees the flooring is uniformly pressed flat, facilitating complete bonding with the adhesive. Repeat the rolling process after 20 minutes to reinforce the bond. Adhere strictly to the technical instructions provided by Lan Guan to achieve optimal results.
